I'm looking to piece together a diet aimed towards maximum weight gain, however, since I am not an expert on what kind of foods would be in my best interest to eat I am looking for an example. In detail preferably - like times between meals, etc. If anyone has a schedule they're willing to let me adapt from
I'm a really thin guy sitting at around 5 feet, 9 inches, and around the 130 pound mark. This will be the first time I have ever put myself on a regimented diet of any kind, any and all help is appreciated!

do a search here for "bulking" and read for days
also check out some journals
if you are ACTUALLY serious about gaining weight the best thing you could do is count cals and just increase them week by week until you are gaining weight

also do a search for "grocery list" there was a thread here a few weeks ago where folks listed what they buy
if someone just gave you a meal plan it would not be as effective as you doing the groundwork to know how to eat properly so you can adjust your diet on the fly and better tailor it to your needs
