I am 16 years old and I need to know the max calorie intake to lose some weight.BTW I do no activities at all for a certain reason.

I would just slowly drop your daily calorie intake in small increments eacg week until you are losing ~1lb. per week. The bodyweight formulas are at best a rough estimate seeing as how they do not take into account activity level, bf%, metabolism, etc.
