Is it possible to do cardio for health reasons (cardiovascular, heart, etc) yet still bulk? What kind of heart rate will you have to have? And also..even though your goal isn't to burn calories..will calories still be burned?
Calories are burned, yes. You can do cardio while bulking but you just have to adjust how much you eat inorder to recompensate for the loss of calories from the cardio.
