    Calorie intake

    Ok so I know for bulking up and building muscle I should increase my calorie intake, but if I was going for more definition would I still need to up my calorie intake?

    For more muscle definition, you will need to lose bodyfat (i.e. drop calories or do more cardio).

    unless your greatly gifted with good genitics u have to bulk and gain 1 pound a week thats for best resluts
