yeah, that dog does look crazy. so what do you guys suggest that i do to increase muscle size in my shoulders back and lats, as well as overall strength. i just made a run to gnc and got some nitro bars and muscle milk. today, i started the low carb high protein diet. anyway, keep in mind that i'm a baseball player and i have to be pretty flexible.

First thing is do not mention GNC. Second is to look over the post made by peeps asking the same questions. There is lots of information for the taking, but try to learn on your own and post when you have done the basics.

    Some are:

Drink at least 1 gallon of water per day.
Take in 1 Gram of protein for each pound you weight.
Any Creatin Monohydrate is cool. Cheaper the better.
    Do HIIT
    Try WBB Routines
    Track calorie intake through www.fitday.com
Measure your body fat to determine progress
    Use the search feature.

    You want supplements.

    www.musclesurf.com

    www.beyondmuscle.com

They are all way lower then GNC.

Oh and welcome to the best bodybuilding forum in the world.
