    Ghetto jump stretch bands

    This idea came from the Supertraining list awhile back, and its a pretty economical way to get bands for training without paying out the ass for the ones from Jump Strength.

    Simply take some cheap bungee cords and link them together as needed-- have a look at this site to see the difference in cost:

    At $3-$5 for a 5' cord, you can pick up some ghetto-ass bands for cheap.

    How do you know what resistance your jump stretch bands are gving if you have a different rack/bench than westside?
