THIS IS NOT AN EXIT: Wu's Journal

"Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Haagen-Daz ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make smores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Captain Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons."

Yeah, I'm back and cutting is still in order.
Weights ~185 still, BF is still ~13-14. Summer killed my last cut. I need a gym membership, driving 45 minutes to work at my friend's gym is annoying. Other extraneous info: training BJJ 3x a week, hoping to get some Judo in, despite my deep hatred for Gi work. Hopefully I can get down to around 10% for the first time ever.

Summary: Me now=fat; me around december= not so fat.

Spam, verbal lynchings and degeneration are always welcome.

Hey question about your name, Wu36...does that have anything to do with like Wu Tang Clan? Like Wu Tang and the 36 chambers etc?

    4iece of bread

I intended to eat more than that, but went out and chose starvation over pizza and beer.
Depletion workouts suck on a level that is beyond explanation. I went home and watched the torture scene in audition to ease the pain. Note to self: eat more.

    Weights:
    Depletion
Same as yesterday, I won't bother listing machine weights.

    MA/ Cardio

    Diet

    1:7oz Chicken/Kidney beans
    2:Half a kiwi/Cottage cheese
3:Can of tuna/slice of ww bread string cheese melted on top
    4:Probably chicken w/ cottage cheese
    Totals: low.

    Sleep, assorted laziness
    bout 6 hours

Wasn't all that sore, increased weights on everything except leg press. Depletion workout was better than yesterday. Borders has a horrible dvd selection, which doesn't matter since I'm too broke for dvds.

Gonna try doing a upper/lower split for the depletions. 4x a week of full body is really annoying. Scary Movie 3= a waste of 9.50,2 hours, and will adversely affect my SAT scores.
