I can't see the pictures. But I'm assuming it's a 'before and after' type of thing. What is the weight difference in the pictures assuming I'm correct?

ya the link doesnt work rightnow cause stupid pppl like to go into threads and look without posting comments
ya its a before and after, around 5-8 month diff
weight diff goes from about 178 then to 194 then, andim 197 now. i should look into somethin else for webserive other than ghey geocit
A. Has your strength increased?
B. Is your diet good?
C. How dedicated to lifting have you been?
Why dont you just upload the pic here?
edge, my strength has increase a HUGE AMOUNT, started at 205 max, my max is now 300 in the bench. started curling 40dumbell each now i am up to 65-70bumbells
i eat when ever i eat
i lift mon-thursday 1-1.5hrs a day, work until failure
fuzz, if i could i would, but im not going through the bull**** hassle, if i cant just copy and paste, not worth my time unless someone wants me to email it to them and they can do it
Who cares about curls. What about some deadlift and squat poundages? That's what packs the mass on bro.

Oh and by the way I just saw your before/after shots....Dont sell yourself short you've made great progress...keep it up! You may wanna go on a mini cut or just keep bulking. You definitely arent carrying too much bf quite yet.

U put on 20lbs and can bench 300lbs after 8 months of training and u are complaining. Do u realise how dumb that sounds?
Then I think you answered the question you posed in the subject. Weight lifting wasn't a waste of time at all because of your strength gains. I can't see any definite changes in your body, but if your strength went up, that's a clear positive change from spending your time lifting.Originally posted by ITHURTZ

PS - I eat when I eat as well. I also sleep when I sleep.
man what are you talking about? i see a fair bit of change.. things don't happen overnight bro.. keep eating the good stuff and lifting the heavy stuff![]()
justin- na i havnet really started deads yet, and as for legs, iv moved up to the plate weighted squat press. so maybe in a month ill finally be doing squats. i guess im to shy.
as for the mini cut and bulkin thing, i try to eat, but then i fall asleep and miss 2 eatings. and i have YET to reach 200g of protein a day, im workin on that now.
westy- ya i am complaining, cause after 8 months i expected to EXPLODE in size vs last time. i guess i just get harder faster than i get mass![]()
thanks for all the support guys, its winter time so its time to eat like a bear, and hopefully i will, also though about rippin in some 1-test to give me some happy thoughs, just remember these pics, they will be a thing of the past!! (hopefully)
Chest looks bigger.
Do you squat?

Until you get your diet down pat you won't the changes you want to. Dude, you have to get the diet straight. Your body can't grow without the fuel. You have to eat mass to get mass.Originally posted by ITHURTZ

With that in mind, you won't see much more results from 1-test than you would from creatine if you aren't eating right. I'd trained for 4 years and only put on 20lbs. When I started eating right I put on 20 more pounds in year. That's how important it is.

i dont squat, never have in my life
as far as eating goes, so far what i ate today
430am banana, 2 mini pound cakes and ajuice box (not the usual)
10am 1 can of brunswick sardines in mustard followed by weight gainer.
at 120clock i plan to make some eggs between 6-9eggs
3 o clock i plan to eat something else not sure what. prob tuna and something else
6-7pm dinner, usually some kinda meat and noodles
915pm after gym take weight gainer and go to bed.
if this is eating wrong then i give up, cause i make myself follow this schedule close as possible, prob wouldnt help either that on fri sat and part of sun i eat maybe 1000-1500cals a day![]()
You really need to squat and deadlift. Benching alone isn't going to help. Neither are the curls. As HY said, your diet is super crucial. Bodybuilders have different requirements for diet than PL'ers from what I've read and seen. Bodybuilding, IMO, is all about eating the right things, in the right amounts, at the right times....and lifting heavy. That includes squats and deads! So don't be a sissy! SQUAT!
As to your pics, I agree you don't show huge improvements, but a 300lb bench is nothing to laugh at.
Burritos are the bomb for bulking!

Deadlift: PR 1@440, Goal 1@450
Squat: PR 1@375, Goal 1@400
Bench: PR 2@275, Goal 1@300
One other thing, the fact that you can do a 300 bench and only a 150 dead says it all. Very unbalanced. I know it's your first time, but keep at it!

STOP THE FLAME IM NOT A NERD
it doesn't take a nerd to figure out how to post a pic. I mean look at all these other meatheads that can do it.
Click the "post reply" button at the bottom of the page then check out this attachment for more info.
And yeah, there's a bit more to deadlifting that just picking up the bar but that's it essentially. Use your legs, not your back.

Would you like to define your terms of what a nerd is? I'm sure a lot of the well-educated people of this board would love to hear your opinion.
You look good man. I can see a positive difference in the two pics. Good job.
Just lose the negative/whiney attitude and that would be a major gain for you.

Rome wasnt built in a day and neither is a decent physique, unless ur name is Chasey!
Make sure that you consistently eat, lift, sleep big and you will become big, Simple as that. Oh squat and deadlifts are a must in my opinion, so long as correct form is adopted.
The only limits are the one's you place on yourself...
