I don't really care for doing legs anymore, my knees are shot from the long distance running. It pisses me off esp for my age.

Trying to add some variety in my w.o's by hammering during the first two sets and then repping out on the third set.

Not a bad session at all staggard. I'll be in town briefly this weekend because I have an interview at PSU hershey on monday, but I'll be home for christmas break next saturday. If I have time at all for sessions this weekend, it'll probably just be at random times...so mabye it'd be best to figure something out for the following week after my finals are over.

Hey procrastinator boy, what's up? Sounds like you're making some good progress in the gym. How's the house coming along? LOL, mines filled with jobs that need the finishing touches put on them, but I'm a lazy bum.

Thanks for dropping in guys, i thought for a momment i pissed someone off or something, it was getting pretty lonely in here... lol

Lets see, current weight is fluctuating, but i'm weighing myself in the evening at the gym which is ridiculous in itself. I came in at a hefty 208 tonight. However on the weekends in the mornings i'm running right about 200. So i'm sticking somewhere between the two on a norm. I'm been making a lot of good gains as far as muscle is concerned. I'm starting to get really excited about dropping about 10-15 pounds this spring, "hopefully"! Will cut up and for the first time in my life I might actually look like a muscular guy... lol, not that i do already, however the cuts would be good. The muscle growth is really noticable.

Lets see,,,, hmm well work sucks balls still, but it's getting better, instead of actually hurting them, i'd rather get in their face like a drill sergeant and just really go off.. actually i'd like to do that to my ex too. lol

As far as the house, MAN does it rock, it's coming along real well and furniture should be here this week. Really coming together nicely. Thanks for askin man.

I hate work, I think i'm going to soon give up my great, fabulous paying job and go work at a sandwich shop or something....

Was sooo pissed off going to the gym, that I could barely even lift or concentrate for the most part. My blood sugar just sorta spiked big time.

    worked

today is 01/17/05 I learned a very valuable lesson today, and from all people it was a 16 yr old kid... I'm 26 so to me he seems like a kid...This guy had so many goals and so much drive that I actually became jealous... Cause I thought to myself, hey, I used to be like this,,,, and I had the depressing thought of , ok , you made it,,, now what? And that is the part that got me, "now what?"

I need to set more goals for myself.
