    Dang I wish i would remember sometimes to update this thing, however I got all new furniture in my house, big screen tv, surround sound, etc, etc, etc, which i have been trying to enjoy instead of lurking. but have been making it to the gym quite often, tonite was a real good night

    Weighed in at 211 pounds which means that I have now gained 7 pounds.. YUCK, but the strength I'm getting from it is realllly nice,,, looking to cut in March some time, probably towards the end, going to drop about 17 pounds or so. We'll see.. lol

    02/16/05 Had all intentions of lifting like a monkey tonight, but started to eat and things went downhill. SO i mostly just did biceps and cardio.

    WEIGHT 216!!!!??? uggh, i hate bulking

    I hate flat bench, can't move the weight and it kills my shoulder.. don't know why, i'm still taking a wide grip.. just wasn't feeling it. made up for it with real good squeezes during the cables, my chest was dying. Wanted to leave so i didn't do the third movement.

    SHOULDERS
    10,8,6 Military presses 95,115,135, the way that the whole military press is set up in the gym makes it extremely difficult to grab and push up with the bar, this is ridiculous. I have to have someone pick the bar up and hand it to me... this getup sucks, i should just go back to using the smith machine..

    TRICEPS
    30,25,25 Dips, BW I enjoyed the burn... blahhh

    was tired and looking to jet... weight has been fluctuating.. i'm going to start watching more of what i eat and add a little emore cardio. would like to cut soon, i'm just excited to shed some fat and see the work i've put into the bod over the past 4 months.

    Ran 30 minutes -- had to relieve stress before i flip the F&*$# out at work

    I feel like i'm losing some inches, but no weight... so that is a good thing. esp when the water is on the increase

    was supposed to run a race here at the end of april, however, i just realized that I am going to canada on a fishing trip with some guys from work, this should be pretty damn fun! TOtally excited.

    I tell you what sucks. When you hate your job and somehow the Lord blesses you. It's really odd. I'm being taught a lesson I think.

    whats weird is it was like 70 degrees outside today, and i bet you it'll snow this weekend or something... the weather is so freakin weird

    Hey prune, the race is on april 30 its a 5k and it starts from city island, it benefits some foundation or whatever

    well i pinched some nerves in my neck and i'm in a lot of pain,, had to leave gym immediately. i'm pissed! went directly to Dr. i'm out for a little bit.. oh well i have a big fishing trip to canada this weekend.
