Dang I wish i would remember sometimes to update this thing, however I got all new furniture in my house, big screen tv, surround sound, etc, etc, etc, which i have been trying to enjoy instead of lurking. but have been making it to the gym quite often, tonite was a real good night

I hate flat bench, can't move the weight and it kills my shoulder.. don't know why, i'm still taking a wide grip.. just wasn't feeling it. made up for it with real good squeezes during the cables, my chest was dying. Wanted to leave so i didn't do the third movement.

10,8,6 Military presses 95,115,135, the way that the whole military press is set up in the gym makes it extremely difficult to grab and push up with the bar, this is ridiculous. I have to have someone pick the bar up and hand it to me... this getup sucks, i should just go back to using the smith machine..

Hey prune, the race is on april 30 its a 5k and it starts from city island, it benefits some foundation or whatever
man o man do i have to get postin again, i've been dropping some weight and have been making some great gains.. but i don't feel like it... lol hahah
well i pinched some nerves in my neck and i'm in a lot of pain,, had to leave gym immediately. i'm pissed! went directly to Dr. i'm out for a little bit.. oh well i have a big fishing trip to canada this weekend.
