Three visits to the Dr., one fishing trip later and i'm starting back at the gym... Dr. believes everything is okay, was at gym on monday, had done a light workout of back, biceps, and legs. I'm going to try and go tonight and do some shoulders, so hopefully nothing crazy happens, however when i screwed up my neck even more was when i was doing incline bench... i guess it was a pressure thing.. oh well...

    20x3 concentration curls

    LEGS
started doing squats, got pissed, wasn't in to it, so i did presses instead
    10x3 Leg presses 270
    12x3 Leg extensions

Keepin' at it I see. Take 'er easy if the neck's still hurting. Do what you can, but if something bothers it, don't do it. You can hit those lifts hard again later when you're all healed up.

I am making an appointment to get my bodyfat percentage taken. This will give me a good place to start as far as cardio and set a goal for myself. I am about 20 pounds heavier since the last time I had it taken, but i've also put on a lot of muscle, so hopefully all is well.

broke my foot back in aug

I've gained 14 pounds since that time. Been working out super heavy lately, loving it like crazy too. Been making some awesome gains. I am starting to get the hang of all this gain and cut thing. Had an awesome summer after the cut. Now its time to get even bigger. Been working really heavily on the delts and traps lately to get them to grow as i think they lag a little. But in all cases i am going to start to get back into posting
