    Per Ounce?

    hey yo. wondering about a few foods here. chicken and steak for instance, how much protein does a piece of these have per ounce respectively assuming you cooked healthy and you chose lean? thanks alot.

    lean or not doesnt affect protein content
    chicken and beef average around 6-8g protein/ounce

    Yes it does affect it. An oz of lean meat is going to have more protien than an oz of meat that has a lot of fat in it. Think about it.
