Just wanted to let everyone know that pumping iron is being rereleased next tuesday, nov. 11.

The DVD also has some great bonus footage. It has a reunion with the originals all talking about bodybuilding in the 70's,there's footage of them partying at Arnold's bachelor pad,some of the best footage shows a group of them going out to a resteraunt and how people react when they hear them ordering their huge meals. Even if you have the VHS the DVD is definitely worth buying.

As said before, a absolutle must have. I didn't even bother watching the actual Pumping Iron, yet just watched "Raw Iron" and "Iron and above." Absolutely stunning. You should see when they tried to expose Arnold's weaknesses. Did anyone laugh at the take with that skinny SOB who was apparently going to be in the movie?

Awesome. I have it but have yet to see it. I may see it later today. It does look like it has lots of stuff.

Best way to cheat on deadlifts...
Stand there for a few minutes, then pace back and forth a lot, huff and puff, wait until everybody's looking. Approach the bar. Back off. Approach it again. Back off. Get some water. Chalk up. Approach the bar again. Then spray some more chalk around. Wait until people start losing interest. When nobody's looking, pick it a little off the floor, and slam it down.
