    1c oats, 2c water, 1 scoop whey, 1T natty PB, splenda

    Yo defcon...i also like it with hotsauce. Usually mix a 3oz can of tuna 2/3c oats 1 1/3c water and a slice of FF american cheese and microwave it...then add lots of hot sauce.

    Oats, water, a little sugar, raisins, 20-20g milk & egg protein, skim milk.
    I have sort of a sweet tooth and the sugar adds 40 calories... so I'll take it.
