Total Gym 2000
Total Gym 2000 #2
i couldn't find their actual home page
omg... they have those adverts on TV... so cheesy. Some of the movements look so awkward.
Jeez, join a gym dude.
except...since i'm not that bulky yet...it looks good 4 me
Lack of bulk doesnt mean you can't join a gym. Lack of money is a different story.
Burritos are the bomb for bulking!

Dude you will be better off in the long run with a weight set. I don’t know about you but when I work out at home I am too distracted. I am not saying it wont work I know there are plenty of people that work out at home with no problems. I am not one of them. Are you going to be one of them? A gym really isn’t too expensive if you shop around. Also if you talk with them they might be willing to work something out with you on price too. You never know until you ask. But you should realy thing about the above contraption. Even if it does work for some time how long will you gain muscle using your body weight for resistance?

however it all depends on your weight training goals, if you want to be big and or strong, then your wasting your time with that.

Okay.. it is useful if your getting into weighlifting.. you can do basic things with it... But as someone else mentioned ( to lazy to look at who said it :P ) You will be better off getting a nice bench and weights. The total gym can only bring you so far.. same with ANY peice of equipment.. including free weights.. you can only get so far.. just that free weights will allow you to get much MUCH further then that machine will.
