    Deadlifting???

    I just have a basic question that i was wondering about that might benefit my deadlift.

    What are some things you should keep in mind when your going for a 1 rep max.

    You know how in squatting your suppost to push out ur abs against ur belt or watever well what are some pointers to keep in mind while deadlifting.

    Can anyone tell me some tips, ide apreicate it thx.

    Chest up, back straight, a$$ down, & use your legs.

    Do sumo deadlifts - less ROM.

    I kept it short & simple .
