    Looking to put some muscle

    Right guys here are my stat's
    Age-20
    Sex-Male
    Weight-11.6 stone /147pound [metric]


    At the momoent im eating preety much anything,abd traing 3 times a week and one cardio session.Planing on changeiong my diest to this.

    Meal 1-Protiene Shake,2tbsp whipping cream(for my fat),Banarna.

    Meal 2-x3 chicken buttys(whole meal bread),little bit mayo.nuts

    Meal 3-x2 Chicken buttys mayo lettace cucumber,youget.

    Meal 4-9oz steak(or pork/chicken turkey),whole meal pasta.

    Meal 5-Protien shake 3 tbsp whipping cream,orrange(last meal and after training.

    My goals are to get to around 160 pounds,slowley though as to not put to much weight on to quick.At the moment am not cut up or anything,like put some lbm on to.

    Any comments?

    you gotta track calories, proteins, fats, carbs...

    naming meals the way you have provides little benefit IMHO unless you've already done the calorie counting and know exactly what they amount to

    Fitday is a good place to find the nutritional breakdown of your meals. I keep track of what I eat in Excel, and it takes like 30 seconds to enter a meal, less if its something I eat regularly (thx cut & paste).

    For your fat, Fish Oil caps would probably be better than whipping cream. You can find them online pretty easily. These are some sites I've seen listed here before; shop around for the best price.

    Crystallio, I used to use an excel spreadsheet also, took a look at fitday, wasn't for me, then I found a program called dietOrganizer which is basically an uber excel spreadsheet for tracking diets.
    check it out, i think its da bomb
