Take some pics now if you haven't already, so we can see the progress! Also, hope you have some anti-e's lined up.

thursday november 21, i did cardio today, and got everything out of my legs that i could. basicly what i call "emptying the bucket."

warm up with aerobics and plyometrics
    32 sprints:
    9-40yd sprints
    10-60yd sprints
    7-100yd sprints
    6-110yd sprints

    Gasers:
    4 sets of gasers
    40yards apart

I did worked on biceps today, with what little energy i had left:
    Standing Curls:
    warmup with 30lbs
    3x10 45lbs dumbells
    seated curls on incline bench
    3x10 35lbs
    Towers Flatbar curl:
    3x10 110lbs
Towers Robe Curl (same as dumbell hammer curl)
    3x10 130lbs

as of today, i am in the 200lbs club. i've gained 4lbs this week. hopefully this will keep going, and get even better. Thanks Fuzz, is there any specific place that i can order it, or a local place that i can purchase it from.
    thanks

Next time you might want to purchase all of your anncillaries prior to starting. For safety sake.

Anyway, good luck with your gains and your strength increases.
