High fat diets change brain's chemistry...

..and are able to change the nutritional behavior, the bodyweight and lead to obesity.

The results of a study that was presented in the Assembly of American Chemistry Company showed that the dietary fat gives irritations to the brain which configures if we are going to gain weight or not.

The scientists recognized two from some multipeptides that are related to the fat,the "oreksini"(appetite) and the "galanini" in rats that had an inclination to grow fat when they were following a diet hight in dietary fat.

The study was made at the Rockefeller University in USA.

Tryska,I can give you the link, but it's in greek!
They just published a part of the study.
But this site is the most reliable greek site for news.

However it's about diets like ckd, tkd, atkins etc.
Not about a 30% of fat daily.

I don't doubt that this kind of diet (ckd) doesn't work.I have tried it several times in the past and I had great results. But I can't also doubt a scientific research!
