Been lifting for about a month and i need to start keeping better track of my progress so i guess this is a good place. Low sets and reps seem to work best for me, my body just doesnt like volume.
I did upper back today only took about 15 minutes

Im skinny as a rail

My progress is really slowing down on BB. I think i need more rest. I have a hard time staying out of the guy as it at my home. I bench 2 times a week.

if you just started a month ago,then I really have to give it to you. It took me forever to hit 225 in bench. I am slightly more than you in weight, right now about 5lb more (off my peak of mid 150s).
so u never lifted before this one month?

I have lifted on and off for a long time but its been 4 or 5 years since i lifted so i consider it starting over. I have never done squats before this though.
I am 2 inches taller than you so you can see im pretty thin, The most i ever benched was 225x6 5 years ago and i weighted about 160 then. that is the most i have ever weighted, im 37 years old.

Thanks. I cant believe how tired i get from so few exercises but my strength is going up so i cant complane.
