I'm lucky enough this year that I'm not going to any thanksgiving dinners, instead I can stick to my diet and cook up some 'goodies' all day long while my parents are gone.

Here's What I ate tonight.....
two big slices of turkey with gravy
stuffing
collard greens
green beans
homemade mac & cheese
yams
a roll
three slices of pumpkin creme roll
cherry cheese cake
a few pepsi's
and a mudslide to top it off.....Proud WBBSA member!

I fell well short of my goal. Traffic dictated that I stay home until Thursday morning, so I wasted the first two hours of the day on the road and that's when I let everything slip. I ate plenty, but it didn't get anywhere near the 9000 I was hoping for.
I suck, I admit it.

9000 is nothing. I eat about half of that on a normal day, and i hardly eat anything calorie dense. If I tried I could do 15000
