im a little fat and want to lose weight but i don't know what to eat cuz i know i need carbs before a work out and protein but on off days and other times what would be a good meal i lift like 4 times a week and cardio once or twice a week also
Im guessing just eat clean. No fast food etc. Tuna and chicken are high in protein and low in fat. Veggies etc. Im on a constant bulk so I choke down Wendys/McDs like its my job..........
