Today I benched 300 lbs................ as a nice warm up 25 times, man, I know a little easy, but jesus, I just felt tired, I mean, I had sex for 7 hrs last night with my girlfriend, she has to see a counselor after getting a taste of me. Well, today I maxed 500 lbs, I'm just getting started.
