Hey Guys,
How much would I need to drop to get down to 10%BF?
I am 5'7 177LBS@15BF%-17BF% according to cheap scale with body fat analyzes. How many pounds would I need to drop to get to 10%? If it is too much, there is no way I will go down below 165.
177 * 0.16 = 28.32lbs fat
165 * 0.1 = 16.5lbs fat
28.32 - 16.5 = 11.82lbs fat
If you lost 12 lbs of pure fat you could do it![]()

If you use windows, it'll work.
If you are 15%, you need to lose 9.83lbs of pure fat.
If you are 17%, you need to lose 13.77lbs of pure fat.
5-7 %
