bodybuilding related x-mas gifts
Hey I need some good suggestions for lifting related Christmas gifts because my parents want a few suggestions. I was thinking some gift certificates for 1fast or lifting chalk or something along those lines. You guys have any good ideas?

You could also ask for home equipment. DBs or a bar if you don't have one.

Ask for an explanation of your undersized head. Many dark secrets could be uncovered. (They limited the growth of your head with chemicals, while slipping steroids into your baby food to make you bigger, enhancing the effect.)
