    How Many Calories?

    How many calories are you guys having a day and how much do you weigh? It would also be helpful if you know your body fat% but it is not essential. I don't care if you are skinny, fat, cut or whatever, please answer.

    i eat about 4500 kcalories a day and i weigh 103 kilos

    Right now I'm eating about 3500 calories a day and I'm 220lbs at about 12% BF.

    103kg (228lbs), 193cm (6'4), about 4000 calories a day and 12.5% bf..
