Ok, to start this off I am 17 years old. I am around 6'3" and weigh about 190. I am kinda skinny you could say... atleast everywhere except my chest/stomach. Over the past year or 2 my chest/stomach have gotten a little bigger. I mean I'm not fat or anything but just kinda chunky I guess you could say. I want to tone my chest and stomach down a lot but I also want to put on a lot of muscle for my upper and lower body too. I am planning on starting the WBB1 routine once I figure out what my diet should be. Is there any diets that are already set up I could jsut follow? I really don't know a whole lot about what foods I should eat so thats why I am looking for some help. I am also going to try and go at it pretty hard because I want to get atleast a little more toned in my chest/stomach for my spring break trip at the end of March. But I do know it all takes time... Any help would be appreciated here..
