    good ab workouts

    have any suggestions? how many sets of what should you do to get defined abs. and what exercise is good for the lower section of the abdominals.. im havin problems gettin that area to show. also are abs different from the rest of your body whereas they need time to rest.. most people do situps every night or every morning...
