Since i am new i was wondering if this is a list for all the abbrevations that everyone uses on here. (ex. EFA,CNS, etc)
Hm. I once saw a site online called the bodybuilding dictionary. but i think its offline
EFA = Essential Fatty Acids. Its types of fat that your body cant produce, but needs, so you need to eat these for sure.
CNS = Central Nervous System
BMI= Body Mass Index
BF= Body Fat
BW= Body Weight
DOMS= Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness
ECA= Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin
1RM= One Rep max
DB=Dumbbell
BB=Barbell
DL=Deadlift
SLDL=Stiff-Legged Deadlift
I have never seen abreviation abreviated before.
Good point. I haven't either. It seems wrong to me, somehow.
ROM- range of movement
