    cardio while bulking?

I'm currently bulking for about another 6-8weeks, or atleast 8-10 lbs more. Just wondering if its cool to do any cardio while bulking or just await until I start cutting. I follow the WBB1 Routine, and I would like to run during tues. and thurs. but not if it's counter-productive, thx for any help

As long as you're getting enough cals its fine. I would do it simply becuase I like to stay in good shape and have good endurance when it comes to running.

As long as you are taking in more calories than are being used you'll be fine. Its good for cardiovascular help. Just make sure to eat more. It might boost your metabolism a little so if you aren't gaining any weight just keep increasing the calories 300-500, every week or so until you are gaining about half a pound to a pound a week.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.
