yes as u weigh 200-205, the rule to go by is the optimum intake of water per day is half of your body weight in ounces (exam. i weight 200 lbs, half of 200 is 100 lbs converted to 100 oz. water)

It's pretty much agreed upon here that 1+ gallons per day is enough. More if you're taking creatine or weight a lot more than the average guy or gal.
