Whats that boost or Boast crap, it says its some kind of nutritional drink, but I looked on the back and it's jammed with calories, like 300 or something, which sure would help me with bulkking, anyone know anything about these drinks or use em?
metal not good
mix your own drinks
quality powders will get you alot further
at large makes a good MRP
boost, slimfast, and the like are full of sugar. Maybe they'd be good pre-workout, but I wouldn't drink them on a regular basis

i jumped the gun and baught some already, I think it was a bad move, not only do you guys make good points, its about 22$ CDN for 12 cans, not to wallet friendly. Here's the Nutritional facts
(Calorie Plus Boost)
Energy - 360
Protein - 15g
Fat - 14g (Holy sh*t)
Cholesterol - 7mg
AH well, a can every other day will help a bit with the bulking, after that I guess I would not recommend these, and I've never tasted a$$ before, but if i did, I'm sure it would taste like these drinks

Yeah, that's a good one bentkarnes, I just might add that to my sig line.
I think they are also supposed to have higher calories since they are considered MRS.
all you need to class as MRP is vitamins and minerals
Vitamins and minerals dont amount to a hill of beans if there are no calories. You can't sustain yourself on vitamins and minerals. You need calories, God damn it.
yeah there should probably be a caloric minnimum, but there isn't
If it's cals you're going for - Drink Sunny Delight in a can....roughly 200 cals per can and alot cheaper. I used to drink those when I wasn't meeting my cals for the day.
Alot of sugar yes.

I work out because I have two daughters.....and one day they'll be teenagers.
What are you talking about? I've never heard of a meal replacement product that had no calories. Vitamins and minerals are crap! I demand satisfaction!
