Trained at home - shoulders... then sat my ass down to this.. exciting eh..
I'm not moaning, i'm having an opinion.
If today for you started at 12 am then , I got my drink on then my freaky freak for a bit then passed out until 10 am nowgetting ready to go to the gym . My cardio last night was good I had jedi mind control going .

I am about to clean the house.
Today has been super proactive for me. I am really getting into making weekly plans and then taking time each day to see what I need to do.
So just to make all you procrastinators jealous
Today I have
- Collated all banners for At Large and implemented a rotation script across the main site and forums
- Fixed some errors on the At large website
- Designed party invitations for my friend
- Sent an email to all forum users letting people know about the new server
- Completed the navigation bar for my Dad’s new website (about 10% left to finish the site now)
- Eaten all meals on time and drank 2 litres of water
- Put up a pin board in my bedroom and tidied my bedroom (it was getting a mess)
- Been into work and grouped everything I have outstanding to do (I was promoted this week and am trying to take on the new job whilst at the same time pass on my old responsibilities to the guy who got my job). This is 4 pages of word A4!!
Left to do today
- Run 5K and go swimming at the gym
- Need to make a phone call
- Get down what I need to do next week
- Get an early night

Hmm. I dragged my lazy ass out of bed after going to sleep this morning at 8am, wandered round in a daze. Checked my emails. Now here.
I have a dissertation to write, doh!
half the time I have no idea what you're talking about. the other half, I'm not listening.
Today I ate good, had a back-shoulder workout plus cardio.
During the afternoon I learnt for a test I have tommorow which might be the most important test I'll ever take - it's an exam which has a significant meaning on whether or whether not I'm getting accepted to the university. If I succeed, I'll have a good chance of getting a privilage of not being drafted now to the army (complusory service here) now but in 3 years after I finish my degree in law. Then my service would be a very good one (at the "so-called israeli JAG").
It's a test which highest grade is 800, and I have to score atleast 720,.. 3 and a half hours long. Maths, Hebrew and English. Hope I'd make it.
