Does anyone know if Lamb makes for a good protein? I mean, Ive been told pork is a nono (not that I listen..I indulge about once every couple of months...I like my cloven hoofed beasties..LOL)

I like Lamb once in a while, but have no idea of the protein to fat ratio.

mmmmmm Lamb ...... best with mint sauce and a little gravy ... mmmmmmm.

As usual, the nice tasting foods are bad for you and lamb, even though it tastes nice is a "fatty meat". It's quite hard to find a nice lean piece. Even though it is possible, lamb is mainly very fatty.

... and there's nothing wrong with a good pork !!!!
