1) Are EFAs as important during bulking as they are during cutting?
2) Why do some ppl respond better to higher fat diets while bulking while some benefit more from real high carbs?
3) What ratio is best for bulking? Since ppl say carbs are more important, would carbs be around 55%?
4) Why are carbs more important than protein during bulking? And who came up with 1g per pound is sufficient during bulking? I mean for cutting, ppl aim for 1.5g + , why less for bulking? Doesn't protein build muscle? I mean when ppl are on a cycle they take up to 2.5g from what I've seen. Why not naturally?
5) Thanks for your time bros.
Peace
Formula for bulking:
Wake up.
Eat food.
Go to bed.

I don't know if it's just me, but I train when I bulk.![]()
Littleman,
Going by some of your posts I think you need to read read read. Then when your eyes are sore .... read some more ..... masterbate a little ...... and then read again.
My point is if you search through these forums and read peoples questions and the responces, you will be able to answer your own questions. Your doing the right thing by asking questions, but you need to teach yourself too.
Good luck my brother.

Dude, did Doogie Howser just steal my fucking car?
I think we all talked him out of it.
Littleman, how long have you been training.
I may have the perfect plan for you.
Squats work better than supplements.
"You know, if I thought like that, I'd never put more than one plate on the bar for anything, I'd never use bands or chains, I'd never squat to parallel or below, and I'd never let out the slightest grunt when I lift. At some point in your lifting career (assuming you're planning on getting reasonably strong and big), you're going to have to accept that most people think you are some kind of freak." -Sensei

1 yr total experience. It took a while until I had the guts to step under the bench and into the squat rack because I thought how pathetic I would look with my feeble weights. But now, no more.
Stats
180lbs
5'5
Bf = 15% (+ - )
Sqaut ATF = 250lbs x 6
Bench = 176lbs x 6
Dead = have never deadlifted due to sore legs in back day.
Peace
PS. I have read a lot and educated myself a good deal, but I defintely can't find the answer to #2, and 4.
Is it, the wanna be big routine?
Start deadlifting.![]()
MA, yeah man I want to as well. But the prob is, I can't seem to find a routine where I can incoporate them, as my legs are always sore for at least 4 days. So that would leave me alternating between deads and squats on leg day. Now, I think I will not be able to overload my legs because I squat 250lbs ATF x6, and my SLDL is barely 176x 6 due to my **** grip. Should I just wait and it will catch up?
Peace
I wouldn't slow down with your squats. If it is just your grip giving out; you maybe don't know the real strength of your hams. Try some straps if your grip is failing.
No, not the WBB routine.
You don't fit the correct profile... your BF is too high for what I was thinking.
How old are you?
Answers to your questions:
1. Yes.
2. Everyone is different.
3. Depends, but i would go with somewhere around 40/30/30
4. they arent, and I'm nto sure where you got these numbers. the 1g per pound is based on some research, but is not an exact number.
