    Leg day yesterday, hiking today.....

I'm still a little sore feeling from my leg day yesterday, and I have a 15+ mile hike planned today. Is this of any concern? Any special considerations I should make?

I've actually found that any exercise helps reduce the soreness in my legs. My legs will get better from training shoulders or arms even. Try that or force yourself to jog a little. You'll be fine. You'll still be a little sore, but not crippled.

Yeah, when my legs are sore, if i start using them again, like hiking for example, the pain starts to go away once I get moving. If i sit there while there sore, then they stay sore.

I've done a hiking/bouldering trips after leg day and had the same experience as Ebu. Just make sure to eat enough on your hike. I didn't my first time and learned my lesson.
