    Carb Wrapping Around Workouts

    I'm just wondering who on this board wraps this carb intake according to their workout. I've created a poll, please vote on it up top. Vote for the most appropriate range, feel free to elaborate down below with your explanation...

    This is the SUM your carb intake preworkout (the meal right BEFORE your workout), and your postworkout (the meal right AFTER your workout). Use only these two meals when calculating your carb intake

    most of us take in a whack of carbs, pre,during,post in various combinations

    the TKD sytem uses this concept

    I would guess that most here are either balanced or keto
