    One Arm Deadlifts...

    aka side deadlifts, aka suitcase deadlifts...

    Tried these for the first time today...anyone have any experience with this exercse? Pointers?

    I think those are good for obliques, wouldn't really know, never done them before.

    Are you talking about dumbell sidebends or do you actually lift a heavy weight from the floor to lockout going sideways...?

    Its just an awkward movement that is hard on the spine potentially and rough on the shoulder.
