These are my most recent maxes to date in the big three:
Squat- 295 lbs
Bench- 205 lbs
Deadlift- 330 lbs
These were all at approx 155-157 lbs.
This journal will follow me through the next 18 weeks in which I will be wooping Dabomber's ass! Progress is inevitable. I have the desire and focus to achieve my goals and I will stop at nothing to get them. Latty is gonna kick some ass and move some iron!!

Went very well. Nearly puked at the end. Took about 30-35 mins. Butt came up a bit on the heavier box squats, have to focus on arching my back!!

Sweet workout! I was done in 25 mins, then followed with a quick stretch/cooldown. I did some light SLDL real deep to try and stretch out my hammies a bit. Tomorrow is ME squat day.

Happy with the goodmorning max. I don't know which exercise is tougher between those and the Zerchers. They both kick my ass! Getting better at pull throughs. Side bends, I'm up to my heaviest dumbell for 2 sets of 8. Another good workout and all done in about 37 mins.

Well, Latty went away to New Jersey this weekend with family and slacked off. I was a bit mad at myself, but then was thinking that it is good to show a sense of normalcy sometimes and not get too crazy over a few missed meals and a missed workout. So fuk it. I missed my ME bench day, but it will be ace next week! I went to Atlantic City and stayed up all night Friday gambling with my family. It was ace! I lost about $350 and then, while my family was finishing paying for breakfast, I went up stairs to "cash in my chips". Saw a open blackjack table and said what the hell. I sat down fort about 3 minutes and won back $100. Sweet! All in all it was fun, but didn't sleep much.
Back to business as usual.

I perform sldl's to the point just shy of my back rounding. For me, the bar touches about the middle of my shin and then reverse the movement. That being said, for some reason I seem to have decent strength pulling the bar, but I'm weak at squats and presses. Go figure.![]()

Very good workout! Hit a pr on close grips. The weight started up, then I had to give it everything I had to move it inch by inch and then finally locked it out.
JM press felt awesome. Totally killed my triceps.

Then just a few light sets of pull throughs and standing abs.
I have been going through a very tough time these last 5 days or so with the recent break-up with my girlfriend. It was definitely on my mind and affecting my workout, so I cut it short. I did however hit my goal of 315x5 on sldl, but it's scary to have that much weight in your hands and be thinking of something else while you rep it out. Not a safe situation. Hopefully everything will work out for the best and I can get my mind back on track.![]()

I am going to make the following changes:
For now, I will not add an extra heavy triple at the end because I was not happy with the speed. I will be following the benches with an extension instead of inc. close grips. I will probably up the volume slowly in the next few weeks too.
As for squat day, I will drop sldl's for a while and start to do speed deads. Depending on how I feel, I'm toying with the idea of doing a dead contest on December 1st in the 148 class. Not really sure yet though.
