You might be overtraining a bit. Not sure; but be careful not to overtrain. Don't feel bad if you're too sore or too tired to hit the weights. It'll do you good.

I feel much stronger, lost some fat, and gained some muscle already. It's amazing how the body responds to weight training. I will be posting another pic by the end of the month that will hopefully show some progress I've made.
I suggest changing that routine and getting a tan.....

Only do arms once a week. IMO the best way to split it would be to do biceps with your back and triceps with your chest and shoulders.

I started taking a couple more supplements again. I need to stick with this current program until at least my next photo shoot. That way I'll know if it's working or not.

2. creatine
3. ephedrine
4. zinc
5. melatonin
I'm changing my routine a little too.
Monday - arms
Tuesday - back & shoulders
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - chest
Friday - arms

you're training your arms 4x a week on that routine you know? not necessarily a bad thing, but that kind of workload usually takes time to work into and isn't really suitable for a beginner...but as a beginner you can probably grow on anything...

No offense but you have shown two different splits and they both absolutley suck. Here is a few good splits:
Mon back, bicep, calves
Tues Chest triceips abs
Thurs shoulders traps calves
Fri Legs abs
That is what I follow, you don't overtrain with it.
Or
Monday Chest, abs
Tuesday Back, cavles
Wenesday Shoulders, traps
Thursday Arms, calves
Friday Legs, abs
This way you aren't in the gym nearly as long, I just pulled the last oen out of my ass, but I would say it would work.
Do not train arms before training chest or back. If you train triceps before chest, your chest will not get a good workout. If you train biceps first, back will not be as strong.

try not to go 4 days in a row. it's taxing on your nervous and immune system, and could lead to overtraining.
instead, but a day off inbetween tuesday and wednesday
