Im 17 right now, and my fat percentage is under 12%. If i take thermocin will i become more "cut"? and since im not fat, is it good for me to take thermocin? And am i too young to be taking supplements? Thanks!
I think you are too young at 17 to be using fat loss supplements especially with your self-description. It sounds like you are quite lean already. If you desire to lose bodyfat all you need do at your age (and suggested metabolism by your bodyfat estimate) is slightly reduce your caloric intake or increase the amount of calories you are burning with increased exercise.
