    keep muscles during cut?

    im on a cut right now is it possible to maintian muscle gains and growth while cutting down on body fat???

    Yes, especially if you start out at a higher bodyfat level, well above your setpoint.

    You can minimise muscle loss by limiting yourself to losing 1 lb per week (more if you are especially fat) or possibly even less. By following a particularly good diet, such as UD2.0, you should be able to lose fat exclusively.

    lots of glutamine will help.. bout 5-20g a day depending on ur bodyweight and amount of muscle

    Glutamine is rarely worthwhile, particularly for the money, unless you are recovering from some kind of trauma.

    oh ok yea right now im at 18% bodyfat i just started im trying to see my abs so im thinkin 14% will HITT work better tahn reagular cardio for me?
