    Low carb whole wheat bread?

    Does anyone know of some low carb whole wheat bread? If not What is the lowest carb whole wheat bread that you know of?

    Arnold low-carb bread is really good and they have wheat and multi-grain as far as I know.

    Trader Joe's has 2 varieties. 1 is 4 net carbs and the other is 6 net carbs. I also say orowheat lowcarb bread at costco. Its about 6 g net carbs. I also saw Milton's whole grain or whole wheat or something of the kind that had 16 g carb per slice five of which are fiber (11 net carbs) at costco. The Milton's taste pretty good. You might want to give it a try.

    I use the arnold but if you look at their low carb bread minus the fiber and compare it to their 100% cracked whole wheat their is not much difference. BTW it is illegal to state that something is LOW CARB because the FDA has not set what low carb is. Thats why you see all these goofy names like Carbcountdown, Carb Control etc
