How Much Do You Think They Weigh

How much you think these guys weigh and their body fat? I am about the same height so I want to get a good idea of what weight to shoot for. Although some claim to be taller, they all are around 5’7-5’8.

I think I remember reading somewhere that Jean Claude was 175 in Bloodsport.. Dunno where.. And you can never be sure about it.. Only way would be a time machine and a scale.

Stallone lists on his official website how much he weighed in most of his action movies (Rocky and Rambo series'). I don't know when that picture was taken.

Yeah, all of these guys are either 5'7 or 5'8. But I am wondering about their weight. Mark Decascos has been doing lots of movies so I think he belongs there. Hey, besides, it is my post so I decide who can and cannot go there. He fits the height requirements.

I just looked through Stallone's official website.. And I don't think it was written by him.. I like to think Stallone has mor eintegrity than to lie so blatantly about things. His height is NOT 5'10", he's 5'8" at his tallest, more like 5'7". This has been quoted by multiple sources many many times over. I don't know how accurate the weight readings are, but I imagine they're skewed somewhat as well.

I would say that Mark Wahlberg would be 170 at the most in that photo, could well be less. Van Damme I think looks the biggest, maybe 180, although with his bodyfat very low like that he could be less, because low bodyfat can make the muscles look bigger.

I'm not very good with bodyfat estimates so I wouldn't want to take a guess at those.

I would say Van damme definitely looks the best of the bunch though.

I'd have to say that Van Damme and Stallone are rather quite impressive. I don't know too many people who could ever get that muscular and cut. Anyway, JCVD is pretty damn impressive as an athlete, though I'd still wager he'd get his add kicked in a fight. (Amusing aside: a friend of mine watched UFC last friday night with Royce Gracie!!!)

Walhberg is not big in that picture, nor did he want to be. It would scare away teenage girls. Later, he got a lot more cut (and bigger) and then smaller again. I think it's very impressive that he could change his body quite a bit to suit his job.

To get a better idea of the fourth pic, you'll need to watch Botherhood of the Wolf, I would say sub-170lbs. Same goes for Mark Wahlberg.

Van Damme and Stallone looks around 175lbs or perhaps around 180lbs. I'm guessing, since I'm speaking in relation to their height and size.

Brotherhood of the Wolf wasn't the greatest of movies, but I damn well love that guys tats. Want something of the same sorta style done. Well, not really the same style, but they are nice.
