Still sore from tuesday workout. ( that first workout is a pain ) i thought i took it easy i guess not .....
Cant wait to hit back and bi's but i gotta fully recuperate my chest,shoulders,tri's first...
Doesnt look like i can hit the gym till sunday or monday -=(

I did 55 minutes low impact cardio today...
Today was kinda sluggish i should of upped the carbs...Also i missed my supplements this morning forgot the DE ....... Doh oh wells
Tomorrow is either back and biceps or some more cardio depending on how i feel.......

Looked in the mirror today in my flexed position abs and chest. My love handles are slowly dissapearing 2 more weeks they should be less visible....( EVIL LOVE HANDLES GRRRR ) !!!!!!!
gonna up the intensity and cardio this next week and week after than take a weekend off for my hardwork...... 1 day rest 1 day cardio and lots of sleep.

did 60 minutes of cardio on a empty stomach about to come back to the gym in the evening and hit back.......
throat a little sore..... i dont feel sick so ima just hit back and bi's today ........

i took 2 servings of protein wheni woke up .....

my left arm is a little weaker than the right for bicep curls
but than my left shoulder was still a little sore.....
that might of caused it i dunno..

had a knee sprain 6 months ago so i took it easy...
looking to up it about 20% next week....for legs........

well today was suppose to be rest but i ended up doing bike for like 40 minutes and some walking
it was pretty fun and change of pace vs the eliptical thingy
ima go back in the evening cuz im bored......... to much cardio but
i got alot of energy today and since all i do is sit on my ass all day gotta raise the metabolism in the evening........
gonna do another 45
and yeah did i mention i see new cuts !!!!! on my obliques woohoo!!!!!! when will my love handles dissappear ?
