hey everyone, just wanna see how many calories everyone is bulking on and the rate of how much weight your puting each week... dont forget to add height and weight and activity level...
Gaining just about 1 lb per week.
5' 5, 143 lbs, lift 3 days a week, walk 2 miles 5 days a week as part of getting to/from work, rest of my time is spent in front of a computer.
I'm on 3500 cals a day and i'm gaining quite well but put a bit more belly on lately due 2 lack of excersise, so i gotta start draggin meself 2 day gym again...gah...
I should really b eatin more(4000) 4 my height(6ft 2inch) coz i'd gain more but i dont wanna put 2 much flab on lol, may start doin so when i start back on serious cardio
4800 Cals although I've increased it gradually.
It's taken me from 200lbs to 216, I'm 5'10. Gaining about 2-3 pounds a month.
I lift 4 days a week about an hour at a time. 1 session of 25 mins cardio a week and I walk about 4 miles a day with my dog. I work sitting on my butt so not a lot of cals burnt there.
