4800 Cals although I've increased it gradually.

    It's taken me from 200lbs to 216, I'm 5'10. Gaining about 2-3 pounds a month.

I lift 4 days a week about an hour at a time. 1 session of 25 mins cardio a week and I walk about 4 miles a day with my dog. I work sitting on my butt so not a lot of cals burnt there.

I've been attempting to eat 5000 a day but it is difficult. Most days I am able to easily manage 42-4600 and its been working alright, I'm putting on about 2.2lbs a week.

If you are doing a lot of cardio you can cut that back and not eat those calories.

I bulked at about 3500. Depended if the super deluxe burrito was the special

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? I really don't give a **** I'm gonna eat em both!
