You're getting too creative and have too many sets in my opinion. I would get rid of the upright rows but if not just have them on one day.
I'm limited on what i can do tho with my equipment, so i have more sets for wot i want 2 focus on
I would change the order and do back/bi, chest/tri make sure you do chest first, legs, shoulders
with rest days on day 2 adn where ever else you feel a need to rest
then doing the upright rows you would have more recovery time and you could possibly throw in shoulders with leg day if your short on time
this is complicated. what are u doing for shoulders? im new to building my body . i been working out for about a month now and ive seen some results but i want my shoulders to be strong too.
thats a lot. i think you should set a defined goal. i mean 4 sets of 'x' crunches is not a visible goal. personally i think setting a reachable number likes 6-10 on max weight. and if u wanna push urself to 15 knock urself out... but then again im looking to for a medium build lookWeighted crunch 4 sets of as many as possible
Twisting weighted crunch 4 sets of as many as possible
I'm wanting a BIG look lol. Trashed that routine. Goin 4 a 5day split that focuses heavily on traps and shoulders! Its gonna hurt....but y'know, no pain no gain an all that
