when I first started working out I was pretty skinny and tried alot of different things in shakes to gain wt. and muscle. I was wandering what are some of your favorites recipes.
wt. gain whole milk 20 ounces or more
wt. gainer powder or protein if i had it
peanut butter
bannanas or strawberries
ice cubes
vanilla extract sometimes,
oh yeah ice cream
I guess that was usually it.
Strawberry margarita mix.
Hersey's Chocolate Syrup.
Dextrose or Maltodextrin
