    Pre-Mixing Protein Shakes

    I was wondering if it is OK to mix protein shakes days ahead of time and leave them in the fridge until you need them? I'm talking a max of 2-3 days. Thanks

    I cant imagine it saving you that much time...

    taste would be a concern after about 24hrs

    I have pre-mixed a whole gallon before in a milk jug.. just remember to shake it up a bit before you pour it out. I think it settles a bit in the jug when it sits in the fridge.

    certain proteins begin to thicken a little when sitting for a while. i cant remember which kind i used i think it was just standard iss whey matrix and if it sat in the fridge for like 6-8 hours it got pretty thick.

    Ok, thanks for the input.

    It does save time when you are busy and need to grab the shake and go.
