how soon before working out do you consume RedBull.... does it help ?
I'd say 30 mins prior, and sure it'd be beneficial, just can't say how much.

based on my experience it does not help at all if you are about to lift, all it does to me is wake me up, but besides that nothing else. Just drink it 10 to 20 minutes before workout. I drink it when I run and i feel it helps more while doing cardio than lifting.
what about ephedrine and redbull together before a workout now I,d say that would be some kick if your heart didn,t explode of course!!!

all it does is make your heart race....it does nothing for your ability to lift...
if anything it will hurt your lifting performance as you'll get exhausted and out of breath faster...increasing the odds of turning a perfectly good anaerobic workout into an aerobic one...

Only thing i noticed is a slightly increased HR and slight appetite supression. I used to take the sugarfree while cutting about a half a year back.

Taurine gives me pretty good pumps, but that's about it. In terms of energy, EC stack or L-Tyrosine/Caffeine have given a pick me up when I've been out of energy from working all day or sitting on my ass all day =).

Wouldn't taking all that sugar in defeat the purpose of doing cardio? I don't drink so no other opinion other.
